Zou -flavored aperitif is an unexpected twist: a wine-based drink infused with natural flavor aromas. At 16% ABV, it marries tropical sweetness with wine elegance for casual, beachy festivities

The Zou méthode ancestral sparkling wine carries deep historical significance. It harkens back to the 16th century when Benedictine monks at Saint-Hilaire Abbey first embarked on secondary fermentation in the bottle—long before Champagne existed.

Zou Rouge from Vin de France, is a blend of two grapes, Carignan and Grenache from warm, dry Mediterranean parcels. The result is a bright, fruit-forward red with notes of redcurrant, blackberry, and a touch of licorice. While the Zou Rose, IGP Pays d’Oc, is a blend of Cinsault and Syrah, is light and juicy with aromas of strawberries and raspberries, perfect for summer enjoyment.
